It is with a heavy heart and deep regret that I must inform you of the cancellation of our Starfall ball. This decision was not made lightly, and I want to provide you with a clear understanding of the circumstances that have led us to this point.Over the past month, we have faced an unforeseen challenge with our business bank accounts being frozen, severely impacting our ability to meet our financial obligations, especially regarding payments to our suppliers.

Despite exhaustive efforts to navigate these difficulties and preserve the integrity of the event, we have reached a point where proceeding is no longer feasible.We had hoped for a different outcome, holding on to the possibility of resolving these banking issues in time to move forward.

Regrettably, the duration and complexity of the bank’s review process have exceeded our expectations, leaving us in this difficult position.We are committed to ensuring that everyone who purchased tickets and photo ops will receive a full refund.

Although our business accounts remain restricted, we are arranging refunds using personal funds to expedite this process from Monday. Refunds will be sent gradually with the personal funds that I possess until the bank account is unfrozen, which should hopefully happen in a short period of time.

We will keep communicating with you during this process.

I want to address an important aspect concerning our esteemed cast members. They were entirely unaware of the financial issues we encountered, including the freezing of our business bank accounts. It is crucial to understand that they bear no responsibility for the cancellation of the event. We kindly ask for your understanding and to direct any concerns or inquiries to us directly, sparing our cast members from any undue stress or blame.

Are tickets refundable?

All tickets are refundable, we understand that life is unpredictable.

Is there an age limit?

This is an adults only event. Attendees aged 18 and above are welcome to the event.

Will there be alcohol?

Alcohol will not be served at the event.

What food is included in the tickets?

A Standard ticket includes two soft drinks. High Fae ticket holders will be provided with a meal and unlimited soft drinks. VIP Inner Circle guests will also have access to a dessert buffet and a non-alcoholic signature cocktail.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for this event is formal attire with a touch of fantasy; guests are encouraged to dress as their favorite book characters or in elegant evening wear.

Is this event based off a particular book?

Due to copyright limitations, we are unable to officially base the event on a particular book at this time. However, we are actively pursuing licensing rights.

How to change the name on a ticket ?

When purchasing two tickets, they will both come under the same name. You can leave it as it is since what really matters is the QR code on the ticket.

If you do want to change the name on the ticket, while on the download page you will have the option to transfer a ticket. If you transfer a ticket, you can change the name and email address of the ticket. A new ticket will then be generated.
